Lecture of Intensive Introduction to Studies of Chinese Ancient Civilization

On the morning of March 29th, the “lecture for studies of Chinese ancient civilization” for series of activities of “cultural forum for praising the Chinese nation” was held in Beijing China Conference. The special editor-auditor, publishing consultant of Central Compilation & Translation Press，speaker expert of painting and calligraphy channel, CCTV, Professor Ren Deshan acted as the honored guest for the lecture. Professor Ren Deshan won the applause for the first lecture of “cultural forum for praising the Chinese nation” with the theme Intensive Introduction to Studies of Chinese Ancient Civilization ——Pragmaticism and Learning Method for Studies of Chinese Ancient Civilization. In recent years, the regression of Chinese traditional culture with the “craze for traditional Chinese culture” as the symbol has become the social phenomenon of public attention. What are the studies of Chinese ancient civilization, what functions the studies of Chinese ancient civilization shall play in today’s social life etc. of issues shall continue to cause the debate and discussions from all sectors of society. While briefly but incisively generalizing the studies of Chinese ancient civilization, Professor Ren Deshan especially imparted the classical learning method, meanwhile pointing out, as long as adhering to the open and inclusive mentality, the studies of Chinese ancient civilization will definitely play the function of turning a corner.
